Tasting Room

The Christoval Winery has been in operation since November 2010. After the grand opening, plans for a tasting room were in the works. Visions from the three partners came together beautifully and the tasting room opened in August 2011. A breathtaking stroll by the Vermentino vines leads to the entrance where you will be greeted by a statue of children picking grapes. This statue signifies the Vincent family grandchildren, all ten of them. Being a family operation, the grandchildren take part in harvesting the grapes every year. 

To the left there is a crushed granite open seating area for your enjoyment. Bright colored umbrellas cover the tables facing the canal and vineyard. To the right is a covered patio where you will most likely find live music on Saturdays. Many enjoy sitting on the patio looking out at the Vermentino vines while sipping some of our estate wines.

Inside you will be greeted by our friendly and personable staff ready to assist you with tastings and information about the vineyard. The large windows allow you to feel like you're outside with the comforts of the indoors. Choose to taste at the bar or sit down and enjoy a bottle while watching tv on our big screen tvs. We offer a variety of food items to nibble on as well. Neapolitan pizzas made to order along with cream cheese smothered in jalepeno spread are customer favorites. The epicurean meat and cheese platter with a variety of cheeses will satisfy any tastebuds.
