Christoval Vineyards Tempranillo
This wine has a rustic, earthy aroma, with hints of strawberries, cherries, tobacco and leather. This wine pairs well with a range of foods.
Serving suggestions: grilled or roasted chicken, beef, ribs, quail, or dove.

Christoval Vineyards Barrel Reserve Merlot, dessert wine
This ruby-red port style Merlot has been oak aged for four years and then blended with Cabernet Sauvignon and fortified to create a complex fruity flavor and rich, yet balanced texture.
Serving suggestions: sweet desserts, sharp cheeses, nuts, chocolate, and (of course) a good cigar.

2011 Angelo Red
This 100% Texas Blend is combination of Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Mourvedre. It is a nice balanced of fruit and softer tannins, creating velvety texture.
Serving suggestions: peppered steak or a bacon cheeseburger!

2010 Barbera
This Barbera is a "Chianti" syle blend by taking our Barbera base and blending it with aromatic 100% Texas Viognier, creating a light red wine that is bursting with aroma of melon and good acidity.
Serving suggestions: pizza, pasta with tomato sauce.

2010 Vinter's Select Merlot
This Merlot is a medium bodied supple wine, that has flavors of black cherry, plum, and vanilla, with a hint of coffee and chocolate.
Serving suggestions: Beef, duck, or mushroom dishes, as well as goat cheese.

A Portmanteau is a blend of words that combine meanings to create a totally new word that makes sense. Our 2010 Reserve Portmanteau is a fusion of seven select varietals that does just that. Its' "Vinalicious" :)
Serving suggestions: Roast Beef, and red meats like lamb or beef, as well as sweet potatos and rich veggies.

Rambouillet Sweet Cabernet
This fruity, medium bodied sweet red wine is loaded with aromas and flavors of plums, currants, and raspberries.
Serving Suggestions: Venison, lamb, aged hard cheeses, pecans, walnuts, and holiday meals such as fried turkey, ham, and roast beef.
